301st Civil Engineer Squadron members volunteered their time and effort to organize donations for Operation Care. Operation Care is a charity organization that benefits displaced refugees and Provisional Reconstruction Teams (PRT) Afhgan members in the Afghanistan war zone. Lt. Col.
