This season will soon be here for the Angel Tree project. For those who are not familiar with this event, this special project's goal is to provide gifts to the 301st families who may need "a little help" this Christmas.

In the 301st Fighter Wing's headquarters front hallway, Bldg. 1654, cards will be placed on the tree throughout the next few weeks with information for the gifts you can choose to provide the chosen child. If you wish to help a child, please pick at least one of these cards from the tree and let the Family Support Center know you selected a child.

Buy the appropriate present(s), wrap it, and take them to the Family Support Center in building 1776 prior to Dec. 7. The presents will be distributed to the First Sergeants who will, in turn, provide the gifts to the proper 301st families after the December Unit Training Assembly.

If you know of a family in need and you would like to submit their names for the Angel Tree, please contact your First Sergeant or the Family Support Center at 817.782.7435. Family names will not be known to the gift bearers as the cards will only have a child's gender, age, size, and desired gift.

If you want to participate in providing gifts, visit this special Angel Tree in the 301st Fighter Wing hallway. Thank you for help and generosity. We hope all 301st families have a joyful holiday season.
