301st Fighter Wing welcomes new commander

During a change of command ceremony Sunday, October 3 at 9am, Colonel Richard Scobee relinquished command of the 301st Fighter Wing to Colonel Ronald B. (Bruce) Miller.
Colonel Miller had been the mobilization assistant to the Director, Plans and Programs, HQ Air Combat Command, Langley AFB, Va. He has served as vice commander of the 917th Wing at Barksdale AFB, La., and deputy commander of an operations group. He has also deployed in support of Operations Deny Flight, Joint Forge and Enduring Freedom.
