Thank you for your interest in visiting the 301st Fighter Wing!

The Wing's tour program gives our incredible Airmen a chance to tell their portion of the Air Force story to you and highlight their mission, traditions and heritage.

Your base tour will be tailored to coincide with the interests of different age groups and professions the group would like to see. Requests are granted on a first come, first served basis.

Restrictions and Requirements

Certain conditions and restrictions apply to all base tours. Tour groups must meet the following requirements:

► Size. Tours are limited to a minimum of 15 participants and a maximum of 30.

► Age. Tour participants must be 10 years old or older.

► Transportation. Organizations must provide their own transportation. Tours are limited to one bus. We are unable to accommodate multiple vehicles requests.

► Dates. The 301st Fighter Wing offers tours on the third Thursday during the tour season (April-October). Tours will not exceed four hours from 0800-1200 to include a lunch break, if requested.

► Meals. On base meal option is the Bowling Alley. NAS JRB Fort Worth does not have a dining facility.

► Mobility. Modified tours may be granted to those with limited mobility. However, this must be stated with in the email with the request form. If not stated, it is assumed that walking and stair climbing are not issues.

► Base Access. Any group members over the age of 18 must provide personal information, such as driver's license, date of birth, and social security number. This information is required for base access. This installation is Navy owned and requires a complete SECNAV5512 form for visitors over 18 years old and must be received no less than 30 days prior to tentative visit.

How to Request a Tour

Public Affairs must receive a complete tour request form no earlier than 120 days and no later than 60 days prior to the requested tour date.

  • Tours will not be approved/coordinated until a completed tour request form is received.
  • If Public Affairs hasn't confirmed receiving your request within a week of submission, please follow up by phone, (817) 782-7170 or by email, 301fw.pa@us.af.mil
  • Sending/receiving a request form does not confirm your tour date.
  • ROTC and JROTC in uniform are expected to conform to the Air Force dress and appearance standards including haircuts and hair styles.
  • A list of all individuals (to include bus drivers and chaperones) attending the tour must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the tour or the tour will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled. Personal information is required to complete a background check prior to gaining access to Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth.
