Fort Worth, TEXAS -- Maximize your career as an Airman at 301st FW's first HRDC career workshop
 
Mark your calendars. The 301st Fighter Wing Human Resources Development Council will hold their premier HRDC career workshop during this September's "B" Unit Training Assembly. This workshop, open to all 301st members including officer, enlisted and civilians, will cover a myriad of topics the council focuses on during their quarterly meetings, such as career and personal development. 

"This will give wing members the chance to hear from subject matter experts in areas of work force retention, fitness and health, with an emphasis on career development," said Colonel Bob Mortensen, 301st Fighter Wing vice commander and HRDC council chairman. "The goal of this presentation is to provide our members with the tools they can use to succeed." 

The program will kick-off Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008, with a welcome from a 10th Air Force guest speaker, then continues with an introduction of the topics to be addressed and an icebreaker later that day. Speakers, who are experts in their specific area, will cover each topic. Required dress is uniform of the day, BDUs/ABUs/flight suits. Scheduling and lodging should to be coordinated with your unit.
