301st Fighter Wing Shield

U.S. NAVAL AIR STATION JOINT RESERVE BASE FORT WORTH, Texas --

Warriors,

It is my pleasure to announce to you that Col. Brett Comer and Senior Master Sgt. Jonique Young were selected for the following positions:

Col. Comer: Commander, 944th Fighter Wing Operations Group, Luke Air Force Base, Ariz.

SMSgt Young: Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) to the Air Force Reserve Command Religious Affairs Functional Manager, Robins AFB, Ga. (this is a Chief Master Sgt. billet)

The 944 FW is AFRC's largest F-16, A-10, F-15E and F-35 training wing. Their mission is 'to forge combat Airmen to fly, fight and win!'

The Religious Affairs Airmen play a vital role in meeting the diverse needs of military communities through management and administration of religious programs, crisis intervention response, unit morale and relationship development and also providing counsel and facilities support just to name a few.

Please join me in congratulating both.  We hate to see them depart, but they are on their way to some great opportunities!

V/R,

ALLEN E. DUCKWORTH, Colonel, USAF

Commander, 301st Fighter Wing
