NAVAL AIR STATION FORT WORTH JOINT RESERVE BASE, Texas -- Maj. Gen. Richard Scobee, 10th Air Force commander, presented nearly 40 Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps awards May 8 to Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Independent School District cadets during their 5th Annual Awards Ceremony at Saginaw High School, Saginaw, Texas.
