Jeremy Roman 301st Fighter Wing Public Affairs Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base, Texas -- Major General William "Blaze" Binger took part in a long-standing military tradition when he flew his final flight at Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base, Texas on October 15, 2014. Gen. Binger, who commanded 10th Air Force from November 6, 2011 to October 17, 2014, reflected on his command, his people and his final flight. He will be the mobilization assistant under General Robin Rand, commander of Air Education and Training Command, headquartered at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas.
