Rest is a good thing

Like any other muscle in the body, your brain can get tired. Especially when it’s Tuesday morning and all you see looming in front of you are endless meetings, piles of tasks, and *gasp* a sudden coffee shortage!


One of the best ways to find motivation is by encouraging high levels of plasticity in your brain. This just means allowing your brain to create more connections than it does when you are asleep. Classic ways to do this include exercise, listening to music, reading, meditating, or even playing video games! 


Remember to balance your mental, physical, spiritual, and social pillars.
