Scouts get hands-on tour

Boy Scouts from Troop 17 tour the 301st Fighter Wing as part of their requirements for a merit badge Tuesday Aug. 7. Brigadier General Ronald B. Miller, 301st Fighter Wing commander, led the group of troops on several stops during their tour, including the flightline, life support and the 457th Fighter Squadron. The Boy Scouts of America provides a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness.
