Air Force Reserve Tech. Sgt. Nitura Bender and Navy Master at Arms 1st Class Zachariah Janssen play the role of "victims" as they process through the first stage of decontamination under a fire hose during an emergency-response exercise Aug. 10, 2011, at Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base, Texas. Bender is a member of the 301st Civil Engineer Squadron while Janssen works in the Navy's security forces unit that guards the base.
