Walk in the name of FOD
Air Reserve and Air National Guardsmen join in the Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base Foreign Object Debris (FOD) walk August 29 prior to aircraft returning to the base. FOD creates safety hazards and can ultimately impact safe operations by damaging aircraft. All NAS JRB aircraft were based out of Alliance Airport while the runway received a makeover for the first time in about ten years. Aircraft and support personnel are schedule to return by the end of August. (U.S. Air Force photo/Master Sgt. Julie Briden-Garcia)
