Resiliency Trainers step up to help Airmen stay mentally fit

We’d like to congratulate the first class of Resiliency Trainer Assistants (RTA’s) for our wing trained by Laura Loftin, 301st Fighter Wing Director of Psychological Health. To be eligible for this training these individuals had to first be nominated then undergo 3-days of intense training covering 11 different courses such as physical and spiritual resilience and interpersonal problem solving to name a few. Now these RTA’s can serve as a resource to help Airmen, military families and leadership within their units stay connected through education and availability. Congratulations once again and thank you for helping the 301st be a better wing. Counterclockwise from back left; Tech. Sgt. Robert Hughes, Master Sgt. Tom Blair, Tech. Sgt. Heather Calvin and Staff Sgt. Marjorie Perez. (U.S. Air Force Photo/courtesy photo)
