The 301st Fighter Wing’s first Resiliency Trainer Assistants, trained by Laura Loftin, 301 FW Director of Psychological Health, graduated in January. Eligible individuals were nominated to undergo three days of intense training covering 11 different courses such as physical and spiritual resilience and interpersonal problem solving to name a few. These RTA’s can now serve as a resource to help Airmen, military families and leadership within their units stay connected through education and availability.(U.S. Air Force Photo/courtesy photo)
