Two 301st Services Flight members, Tech. Sgt. Kimberlee Ewing and Staff Sgt. Courtney DeCosta, along with eight others assemble the single palletized expeditionary kitchen, known as a SPEK, March 6 and served both breakfast and dinner during the exercise.
