Maj. Gen. Scobee presents local AFJROTC annual awards

NAVAL AIR STATION FORT WORTH JOINT RESERVE BASE, Texas -- Maj. Gen. Richard Scobee, 10th Air Force commander, presented nearly 40 Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps awards May 8 to Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Independent School District cadets during their 5th Annual Awards Ceremony at Saginaw High School, Saginaw, Texas. After the general delivered an engaging and motivating speech, he personally recognized each cadet on their accomplishments for their annual and national sponsored awards including the Top 3rd Year Cadet Award to Cadet 1st Lt.
