Total Force Integration flight

Maj. Gen. Mark D. Kelly, 9th Air Force commander, taxies to the runway as he prepares to fly for the first time from Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base, Texas, Feb. 12. Kelly’s visit to the 355th Fighter Squadron, which is an active duty F-16 unit, that has merged into the 301st Fighter Wing is an example of total force integration. The 355 FS has more than 100 personnel stationed here as maintainers, pilots, and in administrative roles. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Melissa Harvey)
