Team Fort Worth members representing the Air Force, Air National Guard, and Navy came together with the National Basketball Association’s Dallas Mavericks on November 5, 2019 to construct 500 meal packages that were slated to be distributed to local veterans in need during the holiday season. Hoops for Troops: Commitment to Service is a DoD initiative where the military and NBA teams from across the country partner together to serve their surrounding communities.
