ARTEX inspection
Two Airmen assigned to the 301st Fighter Wing conduct a post attack reconnaissance sweep as a member from the wing inspection team observes them during the Airmen Readiness Training Exercise (ARTEX), November 3, 2019, at U.S. Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, Texas. This annual exercise tests the wing's combat readiness through various scenarios which include the ability to survive and operate in a simulated chemically attacked environment. The wing is then evaluated to recognize areas of strength and identify areas needing improvement to ensure mission readiness when called. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Randall Moose)
