Fitness Fling

Nearly two dozen 301st Fighter Wing members and their families participated in this year's Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth Spring Fling 5k Fun Run March 16. Runners and walkers took to the beautiful weather in ages ranging from toddler to near senior citizen. 301st Mission Support Group's Jerry Munoz finished the 3.1-mile course in 19:15, giving him second place finish overall and first place in his age group.
